On a guesthouse stay to the Dorset seaside town of Swanage I got into conversation with the Landlady who told me that the third-party booking app that I had booked through had charged her nearly 25% booking fees. Whilst the stay and service provided was superb, the Landlady told me that these fees were making it evermore difficult to make ends meet.
The Lightbulb Moment!
I decided there and then to create a website that would allow Vendors to showcase their establishments for either free, or just a small token charge for extra image prominence.
